Shipping And Handling Postage and packaging
Within the UK: £3.50 per order with less than 5 items, then 50p per additional item with a maximum of £10.00
Within the EEC: £4.95 per order with less than 5 items, then 50p per additional item with a maximum of £15.00
For the US: £6.95 per order with less than 5 items, then £1 per additional item
Outside the US: £12.95 per order with less than 5 items, then £2 per additional item
Orders will be normally dispatched with 2 working days, if an item is out of stock, we will contact you at the earliest convenience & advise you of the expected date of delivery.International orders are generally received in under 5-7 days.
For urgent UK next day delivery: To arrange for urgent next day delivery, you can choose the "urgent delivery option" on the website while checking out. Charges for urgent delivery will be £6.45 within the UK by courrier. Your order will need to be placed before 12pm. For any question or special delivery requirement, please call Marianne Pearce at our customer service line (0118 950 5812) to book an urgent delivery with specific times to make sure someone will be able to receive your order.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will call you to inform you of the delay and discuss with you alternative products that are on stock if you do not want us to back order for you. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
